Donald Rochelle
Don brings a wide range of experience in real estate acquisition and financing in Texas and New York involving retail, industrial, office, specializing in multifamily. He has been VP of Acquisition and property management for Texas for New Jersey and New York based apartment syndication real estate companies. Don has extensive experience in acquisition feasibility/market analyses, due diligence, reconstruction plan, operating budgets and management. He has also developed office and retail projects in San Antonio.
Don has also been active as a commercial real estate mortgage broker in New York metropolitan area representing insurance companies, banks and working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac financing income producing properties: retail, industrial, office, apartments and co-ops, performing feasibility analyses and underwriting of commercial mortgages for income producing properties: retail, industrial, office, apartments and co-ops.
Additionally, Don spent part of his career in international business in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and serving as CFO / COO of logistics company overseeing four warehouses in three Texas cities providing critical parts distribution for high tech industry including Dell, CISCO and Hitachi.
Graduated from Texas A & M with BS in Biochemistry and from University of Texas at Austin with MBA in Finance.
