John Banaski has been involved with real estate development in Austin, Texas since 1997, working for engineering firms as the liaison between developers, contractors, builders, architects and engineers. Mr. González has been involved in acquisition or disposition of over $500 million dollars of institutional quality commercial real estate. Mr. González' experience encompasses a wide spectrum of the real estate acquisition and management. His primary responsibilities include: sourcing, underwriting and negotiating potential acquisitions and loan terms, financial modeling, valuation analysis, investment sales, facilitating the due diligence processes, and coordinating third parties. Other responsibilities include: reviewing property operations on a monthly basis, developing annual operating budgets and periodic cash flow projections, ensuring operations are in compliance with all contracts, loans documents, and partnership agreements, directing third-party leasing and property management personnel, and executing and managing value-add and capital improvements.He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. Mr. González graduated with an M.B.A. from the Kogod School of Business at American University with a focus in Real Estate and Finance and received a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
